Trafag uses SAP Business One as its central ERP platform to manage its core processes. This solution creates a uniform database for purchasing, sales, warehouse management, production, service, finance and accounting. The integration of all areas of the company creates clear, comprehensible processes and a high level of transparency regarding key business figures in real time.
A particular milestone in the collaboration was the introduction of intercompany functionality for Trafag. This allows intra-group business processes between different companies to be managed centrally and processed automatically – from group-wide orders to price and delivery conditions to consolidated financial reporting.
