Swiss Customer Day 2026 | Where Swiss SMEs meet the future

On June 2, 2026, the Swiss Customer Day took place for the first time – a new meeting place for customers, partners and SAP experts from all over Switzerland. For ANG, the event offered the ideal opportunity to discuss current developments relating to SAP Business One, digitalization and artificial intelligence and to maintain a personal exchange with customers and partners.

The evening before, the participants came together at the Welcome Dinner in the KKL Luzern. Exciting discussions and new contacts were made in a relaxed atmosphere, laying the foundations for a successful event day.

Practice instead of theory

A particular focus of the Swiss Customer Day was on practical experience reports. Companies reported openly on their challenges, their digitalization projects and the insights they have gained along the way.

ANG was also able to present a successful customer project in a 30-minute session and provide insights into the implementation and the added value achieved. The numerous questions and discussions showed how great the interest in concrete practical examples is.

AI as a central topic of conversation

Artificial intelligence was one of the most discussed topics at the event. Companies are increasingly concerned with the question of how AI can be meaningfully integrated into existing business processes and what concrete benefits it brings in everyday life.

First-hand experience was particularly valuable. In the roundtable, Cyril Gachnang from Viscotherm AG openly shared his experiences, insights and chosen approach to dealing with AI. Such practical reports help other companies to better classify opportunities and challenges and to drive forward their own initiatives in a targeted manner.

Personal exchange remains crucial

In addition to the specialist sessions, the focus was primarily on personal discussions. The direct exchange with customers made it possible to discuss current challenges, develop new ideas and gain valuable inspiration for future projects.

Especially at a time when digitalization and automation are becoming increasingly important, it is clear how valuable personal dialogue and the exchange of experiences between companies are.

A successful premiere

The first Swiss Customer Day impressively demonstrated the importance of platforms for the exchange of knowledge and experience. The excellent organization, the high quality of the presentations and the open atmosphere made the event a complete success.
