It was that time again in mid-March: our SAP DACH Consulting team from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Mexico came together in Vienna to spend three days working on strategy, expertise, collaboration and, of course, working together. The mixture of exciting content, practical workshops and a varied supporting program made the meeting a real highlight in 2026.
The workshops were clearly the focus of the technical part. The group first received a thematic introduction before working together on various issues. The focus was on developing new perspectives, trying out modern working methods and sharpening the future direction of consulting. The results were then presented and discussed in the group. The workshop day was supplemented by sessions that offered insights into helpful tools and relevant topics, providing valuable impetus for day-to-day project work.
After the intensive exchange, the supporting program provided special moments. At Virtual Reality Vienna, the team immersed themselves in interactive worlds, solved joint tasks and experienced a variety of challenges. This experience not only strengthened the team spirit, but also created many opportunities for discussions and shared laughter. The evening ended with a cozy meal in the Stadthallenbräu and offered space for personal exchange.
On the last day, the focus was on collaboration and processes in an international environment. In several short sessions, experiences were shared, ideas collected and opportunities for improvement discussed. Finally, a feedback round summarized the impressions and clearly showed how valuable these meetings are for our team.
The meeting in Vienna once again confirmed how much professional exchange and shared experience benefit from each other. All participants returned with new impetus, fresh motivation and a stronger sense of community.
