SAP Business One Roadshow in Giessen
On September 8, 2026, we welcomed customers and prospective clients to the SAP Business One Roadshow at our location in Gießen. The roadshow is currently taking place at various locations throughout Germany and provides a platform for discussing the latest developments, best practices, and future trends related to SAP Business One.
In addition to engaging technical presentations, one thing was particularly important to us: personal interaction with the participants. Together, we discussed current challenges, shared experiences, and gathered new ideas for the digital future of small and medium-sized businesses.
Digitalization as the Foundation for Future-Proof Processes
Sabrina Wetz kicked off the event with an overview of the importance of digital and end-to-end processes in small and medium-sized businesses. Today, companies face the challenge of making information available more quickly, designing efficient workflows, and at the same time being able to respond flexibly to changes.
Modern ERP systems such as SAP Business One provide the necessary foundation for this. They connect business units, ensure transparency, and help companies digitize their processes in a sustainable way.
More Options with the Web Client and Add-Ons
Helmut Houdek demonstrated how SAP Business One can be used even more flexibly in day-to-day work using the SAP Business One Web Client. Participants gained insights into the latest features and capabilities that simplify access to important information and processes.
In addition, Julian Sondermann from Boyum IT Solutions presented the B1 Usability Package. This clearly demonstrated how SAP Business One can be enhanced with additional features and tailored to specific individual needs. Even small optimizations can make day-to-day work noticeably easier.
AI as a Glimpse into the Future
Another topic covered during the roadshow was the use of artificial intelligence in the corporate environment. Helmut Houdek provided an outlook on how modern AI capabilities can be integrated even more deeply into business processes—both today and in the future—and what opportunities this presents for companies.
In addition to the presentations, the event provided ample opportunity for questions, discussions, and one-on-one conversations. It was precisely this direct exchange that made the roadshow in Gießen such a success and provided valuable insights for everyone involved.
We would like to thank all the participants who attended.
