ROMAG Aquacare AG, based in Oftringen (AG), is a Swiss engineering and technology service provider specializing in water and environmental technology. The company develops, produces and supplies high-quality solutions for drinking water and rainwater supply, rainwater purification, flood protection and micropollution technologies. With a broad product and system portfolio, ROMAG supports public utilities, planners and construction companies in demanding infrastructure and environmental projects.
In order to meet the high demands of a project-oriented, technically complex business, ROMAG relies on integrated and digitalized business processes. In collaboration with ANG, a modular ERP basis was created that structures operational processes, creates transparency across company divisions and lays the foundation for further growth.

Holistic processes with SAP Business One and BEAS
ROMAG uses SAP Business One as its central ERP platform to manage its commercial processes. This solution maps the core processes – such as purchasing, sales, warehouse management, project accounting and financial accounting – on a common database. Real-time transparency of stocks, orders, projects and key figures enables well-founded and timely decisions to be made.
ROMAG also uses BEAS Manufacturing (e.g. for production and manufacturing processes). As an extension of SAP Business One, BEAS supports the efficient management of bills of materials, production planning, routings and material flow. This creates a seamless link between project and production processes as well as commercial management.
With the combination of SAP Business One and BEAS, ROMAG creates a networked corporate structure that combines operational efficiency, process reliability and strategic transparency – a sound basis for demanding water and infrastructure projects.
