This website is operated jointly by several legally independent companies of the AN-Group. It is used for joint external presentation, coordinated communication and for contacting the respective responsible companies. Each of these companies is independently responsible for the processing of personal data within its respective area of responsibility.
If you contact us via the website, your details may be forwarded within the AN-Group to the relevant responsible company if this is necessary to process your request.
The forwarding is based on our legitimate interest in the effective and targeted processing of inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 revDSG and – where applicable – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

When you visit the website, technical data is automatically recorded in so-called server log files, e.g:
- IP address of the accessing device
- Date and time
- visited pages
- Browser type & version
- Operating system
This data is technically necessary in order to provide the website and operate it in a stable manner. It is not merged with other personal data. The storage period is a maximum of 14 days.

If you use contact forms on the website, we collect the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message) as well as technical metadata (e.g. IP address, timestamp). Depending on the form, data processing may be based on

A live chat system may be integrated on our website. When used, the IP address, chat history and, if applicable, location data are recorded and transmitted to an external provider. The service is used for fast customer communication. The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Use is voluntary.

The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consent.
3.5. Analysis and statistics tools

3.6. Map and location services

The personal data that you provide via this website may be forwarded within the AN-Group to the company responsible for your request. All AN-Group companies are obliged to maintain a comparable level of data protection. Data will not be transferred to non-affiliated third parties without your express consent, unless this is required by law.

For certain services (e.g. form providers, live chat, maps), we use third-party providers who may operate servers outside Switzerland or the EU (e.g. USA).
