Our DACH Sales Meeting took place in Germany for the first time. Our teams from Germany, Austria and Switzerland spent two days discussing strategies, lead generation and marketing – with one clear goal: to offer our customers even better solutions and services in the future.
The workshops provided space for the exchange of ideas, best practices and concrete measures for the coming months. Looking beyond national borders was particularly valuable: many ideas from the individual markets can now also be implemented in other regions.
The team spirit was also strengthened outside of the workshops: during an afternoon together on the golf course, balls were hit, ideas were discussed – and some people discovered hidden talents when teeing off. It is precisely this mixture of professional, fun and personal discussions that makes such meetings particularly valuable.
The result: lots of new ideas, concrete measures and a stronger sense of togetherness. 🚀
