Schöller Münzhandel GmbH is one of the leading precious metal and coin dealers in Austria and Central Europe. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Münze Österreich AG, the company has been supporting private and institutional investors for decades on their way to stable value investments – with a range of gold, silver, platinum and palladium coins as well as rare numismatic items and historical banknotes.
However, with growing online business, an international presence in over 36 countries and increased transaction volumes, the internal processes were reaching their limits. Manual coordination, decentralized systems and Excel-based processes were too slow for a company of this size.

Together with ANG, Schöller Münzhandel opted for SAP Business One – as a central ERP system that standardizes and automates company-wide processes. Special features such as precious metal price calculation, tax-compliant document creation and warehouse transparency were mapped directly. The implementation was structured, practical and closely monitored.

We were looking for a cash register solution that not only met all the legal requirements for cash registers, but also made a significant contribution to increasing customer satisfaction. Together with ANG, we managed to implement a new ERP system in a short space of time without our customers noticing the change. Purchasing is not included as standard in any POS system, but thanks to ANG we have found a solution that provides us with optimum support. Thanks to the integrated cash register solution, all receipts can be easily recorded in the system as well as in the cash register, and differences and errors can now be resolved and rectified quickly and easily.
