Schöller Münzhandel GmbH is one of the leading precious metal and coin dealers in Austria and Central Europe. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Münze Österreich AG, the company has been supporting private and institutional investors for decades on their way to stable value investments – with a range of gold, silver, platinum and palladium coins as well as rare numismatic items and historical banknotes.
However, with growing online business, an international presence in over 36 countries and increased transaction volumes, the internal processes were reaching their limits. Manual coordination, decentralized systems and Excel-based processes were too slow for a company of this size.
