#Commercial assistant for back office & financial accounting (part-time, m/f/d)

As an internationally active IT and consulting company, we develop innovative software solutions and support our customers in the digitalization of their business processes. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a part-time commercial assistant (m/f/d) with organizational talent, strong communication skills and team spirit.
You will work in our modern office at Georg-Elser-Straße 5 in 35394 Giessen, where you can expect a pleasant working environment with ergonomic workstations and professional IT equipment. Thanks to the good transport links, it is easy to reach by car as well as by public transport.
Your role in the team
- You create, check and process incoming documents
- You post invoices and/or support financial accounting
- You maintain, secure and manage data in our systems
- You take on tasks in fleet management, check scheduling (e.g. maintenance, MOT), maintain vehicle documents
- You will be involved in the organization of appointments, meetings and events
- You coordinate the necessary hotel bookings for our colleagues
What you should bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in office or office management desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in using SAP Business One or comparable ERP systems (not a prerequisite, as we offer all necessary training)
- Organizational skills, reliability and a structured way of working
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
