#AT Office worker for back office - financial accounting and support (m/f/d)

In this position, you will independently take on administrative and organizational tasks, support our team with accounting issues and ensure smooth processes in day-to-day business with your accuracy.
Your role in the team
- Collaboration in the area of billing (accounting & proof of performance)
- Collaboration in financial accounting: document entry, account reconciliation, filing
- Maintenance of customer and supplier master data
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners
- General administrative activities in the back office
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
- Representation of colleagues in the area of billing and financial accounting
What you should bring with you
- Completed commercial and/or financial accounting training with a strong affinity for IT.
- Experience in accounting, billing or office management desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with accounting software
- Structured, precise and reliable way of working
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Broad-based training in various areas of responsibility
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
