On Friday, August 1, we celebrated summer in our very own way: With a relaxed BBQ evening in the open air – and a clear motto: “Stars ‘n Stripes”.
Juicy burgers, spicy ribs, chicken wings and lots of side dishes – from grilled vegetables and crispy wedges to fresh salads – were served on the grill. There were also cool drinks, good conversation and the opportunity to spend the evening together in peace and quiet.
What made the evening special was not an elaborate supporting program, but the relaxed atmosphere. People from different teams got talking, new employees quickly made friends – and there was laughter, discussion or simply enjoyment everywhere.
For us, it was successful proof that real team culture is often created quite simply: at the barbecue, over a cool drink and in an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable.
