#AT SAP Business One Support Representative (m/f/d)

Our support team plays a central role in this – as the first point of contact for our existing customers, as problem solvers, consultants and facilitators.
Your role in the team
- Support with customer inquiries relating to the use of the software solution
- Receiving technical problems, classifying them according to priority and initiating the first steps
- Exchange on frequently occurring errors with project management, development and other members of the support team
- Preparation of documentation regarding error message, solution approach and measures taken
- Ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the agreed troubleshooting steps
- Supporting the installation of software updates and carrying out customer or project-specific adaptations
- Support and expansion of the existing knowledge database, training documents and instructions
- Collaboration with colleagues from all four countries (A,CH,DE,MX)
What you should bring with you
- Training in computer science or software engineering
- Practical experience in software development and/or IT support
- First experience in programming
- Knowledge of common tools for error management, troubleshooting and knowledge management
- Enjoy communicating - in writing, by telephone or in person
- Interest in the independent implementation of tasks in product support
- Self-confident appearance and good communication skills
- High customer orientation
- Quick comprehension, good understanding of business requirements
- Languages: fluent German, English desirable
