Sharing ideas and looking ahead together
On October 13, 2026, our Swiss team gathered at Kocheria AG in Zurich for the last Swiss Team Day of the year. The event kicked off with a team meeting focused on current developments and topics.
A special focus was placed on the possibilities surrounding artificial intelligence. What developments are currently on our minds? What opportunities do they present, and which topics will become even more important to us in the future? The group discussion provided space for new ideas and diverse perspectives.
At the same time, we looked a bit further ahead: With an initial outlook on 2027, it became clear which topics and developments will shape the coming year. Thus, the Swiss Team Day kicked off with a wealth of information, new food for thought, and a shared look toward the future.
From the meeting room straight to the stove
After the technical portion, it was time for the hands-on part. Or rather: the culinary part. Laptops off, aprons on!
Together, we headed to the Kocheria AG kitchen, where the team prepared a multi-course meal. This required not only culinary skills but, above all, good teamwork, creativity, and, of course, a healthy dose of fun.
Under professional guidance, we chopped, seasoned, sautéed, and plated the dishes. A few cooking tips were shared, as was the chance to catch up with one another outside the daily work routine.
A menu that was a feast for the eyes and the palate
- Appetizer: Crispy Herb Rolls
- Appetizer: Bresaola with wild herb salad and Parmesan, served with homemade nettle cake
- Main Course: Pan-seared pork tenderloin with bacon-crusted lentils and rowanberry compote, served with tagliatelle
- Dessert: Plum dumplings made according to an Austrian recipe, served with vanilla ice cream

The last Swiss Team Day of the year once again demonstrated how well professional exchange and shared team experiences can go hand in hand. From discussing current developments and future topics to cooking together, the day offered many opportunities to engage in conversation and spend time as a team.
