As an internationally active IT and service company, we develop innovative software solutions that support our customers and partners with digitalization. During your apprenticeship, you will be involved in various commercial and digital areas and learn in a practical way how companies successfully shape partnerships – including with international partners.
Your role in the team
- You support the partner management team in looking after and maintaining our international partner contacts
- You will be involved in the organization of partner projects, marketing campaigns and events
- You maintain partner data in CRM and reporting systems and create evaluations
- You create presentations, reports and training documents - also in English
- You research market trends and potential new cooperation partners worldwide
- You support the optimization of internal processes related to partner and digitalization projects
What you should bring with you
- Secondary school leaving certificate, (technical) high school diploma or a comparable qualification
- Interest in digitalization, IT and commercial processes
- Very good written and spoken English skills for communication with international partners
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and analytical thinking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
