Team Weekend 2026: Four Days of Team Spirit in Winterberg

The Perfect Start to the Weekend

From August 27 to 30, our German team spent a weekend together in Winterberg. Away from projects, meetings, and to-do lists, the focus was on personal interaction, shared experiences, and plenty of team spirit. Villas Winterberg provided the perfect setting for this.

After arriving together, we kicked things off in a relaxed way with pizza, pasta, and a game night. The laid-back atmosphere made it easy to unwind, catch up, and start the weekend off right together. Of course, our office dog and Happiness Manager, Marlo, was there too—and he quickly became the secret star of the team weekend.

A Change of Plans That Hit the Mark

Friday began with breakfast together, remote work, and a team workshop where important updates and current topics were presented.

Go-karting was originally planned for the afternoon, but the weather had other ideas. We quickly changed plans and headed to the bowling alley instead. There, we fought for every strike, laughed at every miss, and the friendly competition was quickly underway. We then wrapped up the evening with a group dinner and another game night.

Action, Team Spirit, and Lots of Memories

On Saturday, we made up for the canceled go-karting session. The day’s activities also included paintball, which called for team spirit, communication, and a healthy dose of ambition. Together, we planned our strategies, defended our positions, and launched attacks—all while having a great time, of course. The day ended perfectly with a group BBQ, where we reflected on the day’s experiences.

Over breakfast together on Sunday, we reflected once more on the past few days before everyone headed back home— taking with us many wonderful memories, new inside jokes, and even more team spirit.
