Since November 19, 2025, we from ANG Switzerland have been on the road in Nepal – until November 25, 2025. This trip offers us the special opportunity to meet our colleague Santosh Gurung, who works for us as a developer, in person and to get to know his living and working environment.
Adrian Lüthi and Adrian Lenherr were warmly welcomed by Santosh and were given fascinating insights into his home, his culture and everyday life in Kathmandu. It is precisely encounters like this that show how valuable personal exchange is in an international team: it creates understanding, closeness and trust – far beyond the screen.
In addition to the cultural exchange, the visit also focused on training, joint work and valuable technical discussions. The direct exchange on site deepened our understanding, strengthened processes and made our collaboration with Santosh even closer and more trusting.
This trip has once again made us realize that global cooperation thrives on proximity, respect and mutual understanding – regardless of distance.
