Made in Switzerland, appreciated worldwide: the striking stainless steel barbecues are considered design objects and are an expression of true craftsmanship. However, as the company grew – more orders, more variants, higher demands – traditional processes reached their limits.

The goal: preserve craftsmanship, digitize processes.

The challenge was to find a structure that suited the Feuerring. The IT department struggled with slow, unreliable data and cumbersome processes, which impacted the efficiency of the entire operation. There was no central overview of the documents and their links, which made searching for specific information time-consuming and frustrating. SAP Business One fundamentally changed this.
