On September 16,<\/strong> things were a bit busier than usual here in Giessen: Colleagues from both ANG Germany and our new partner<\/strong>, WUD<\/strong>, came together for our first joint kick-off event.<\/div>\n

It all kicked off the night before with a group dinner at L’Osteria Dachcaf\u00e9<\/strong>, which offers a view of Giessen. Over pizza, pasta, and an aperitivo, we had our first conversations, laughed a lot, and got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. <\/p>\n

That quickly broke the ice, and we were ready for the second day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The next morning, we started with breakfast together<\/strong> before kicking off the program with a special icebreaker: \u201cExpert Bingo\u201d<\/strong> called for curiosity and plenty of willingness to chat. Who has worked on more
than 20 SAP projects? Who loves karaoke? And who has ever saved a go-live?<\/p>\n

The whole event was supported by our People Wall featuring <\/strong>personal profile cards. This allowed us to directly connect faces, names,

After getting to know one another, the participants moved on to a professional exchange<\/strong>. The teams worked together, shared their experiences, and in the process gained a better understanding of each other\u2019s areas of work. <\/p>\n

After a lunch of fresh bowls and curries, things finally became even more concrete: In the relevant departments, the focus was on identifying skills, categorizing experiences, and sharing knowledge with one another. Using the skills map <\/strong>, the teams were able to <\/strong>document what expertise was already available, where specific areas of experience lay, and which topics could be particularly interesting to discuss in the future.<\/p>\n

Two days filled with new faces, good conversations, and shared ideas<\/strong> \u2014a successful kickoff for our continued collaboration!<\/p>\n
