This trip offers us the special opportunity to meet our colleague Santosh Gurung, who works for us as a developer, in person and to get to know his living and working environment. <br\/><br\/>Adrian L\u00fcthi and Adrian Lenherr were warmly welcomed by Santosh and were given fascinating insights into his home, his culture and everyday life in Kathmandu. It is precisely encounters like this that show how valuable personal exchange is in an international team: it creates understanding, closeness and trust &#8211; far beyond the screen. <br\/><br\/>In addition to the cultural exchange, the visit also focused on training, joint work and valuable technical discussions.
