B\u00fcbchen Skincare GmbH specializes in the development and manufacture of high-quality care products for sensitive baby and children’s skin. With decades of experience, the company relies on natural ingredients and dermatologically tested formulas to ensure skin compatibility and the highest quality. <\/p>

The challenge for B\u00fcbchen was to separate the company’s IT system from the complex IT system of its former owner, the Nestl\u00e9 conglomerate, as part of its transformation into a family business. Well positioned for the future<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Our challenge was that we had to move away from a large multinational corporation to a family-run company, and the structure of the IT system was very important. We were previously in a system environment that was very complex and tailored to a large corporation. What helped us a lot was the very good support and the open communication culture by and with ANG. <\/p>\n

After just 10 months of SAP Business One live, we feel that we are in good hands. Fast implementation without production downtime<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Together with ANG, we managed to implement and link a completely new ERP system, train all employees, make adjustments, etc. within six months without any production downtime. That was a huge success story at B\u00fcbchen! In cooperation with ANG, we were able to automate the entire sales process, also known as the order-to-cash process (O2C process), which includes the complete order management, i.e. the creation of inquiries, quotations and orders, delivery, invoicing and receivables monitoring through to incoming payments.
